Registration and Fees


All participants are welcome to register within the deadline of 15th of March 2017. The method of registration is electronic. Those who wish to attend the conference should complete the following Registration Form to obtain login and password credentials and further information about the method of payment. It’s important to stress that the fee paid for the Colloquium Spectroscopicum Internationale XL Edition will grant access also to all the events of the Euro-Mediterranean Symposium on Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy 2017 (EMSLIBS 2017)

The Conference fee for regular participants and students includes:

Insurance and Liability


The Conference Secretariat, Organising Committee and Organising Institutions are not able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to persons or property during the meeting.


Visa Regulation


Italy is an EU-country and one of the main European tourist destinations. Entry visas are not required for EU-citizens and the most of European countries. Visa is also not required for USA, Canada, etc. For further information click here. All citizens of the countries for which entry visas are requested according to Visa Regulations of the Republic of Italy must, as a rule, obtain the visas abroad prior to the entry into the Republic of Italy.
According to the Colloquium Spectroscopicum Internationale Constitution, IUPAC accreditation requires that entry visas will be granted to all bona fide scientists, and the Organising Committee shall take all steps to ensure that visas are indeed granted by providing Invitation Letter to facilitate Visa issuing on request

Once registered through the following Registration Form you will receive an e-mail to start the payment process with all the informations needed to pay the fee.

General guidelines:

  • All fees should be paid in Euros (€) and without charges to the beneficiary;
  • Please, state the name of the participant clearly on the payment;
  • Payments shall be made by Bank Transfer.
